General Terms & Conditions

§1 Scope of Services

Store N' Go offers luggage storage services for travelers. Storage is at the customer's own risk. The facility operates as an UNATTENDED self-service: access to the premises and lockers is by personal access code, and no staff are present on site. Video surveillance is in operation for security.

§2 Limitation of Liability

Store N' Go assumes no liability for:

• •Damage of any kind to stored luggage
• •Loss or theft of luggage
• •Damage to the contents of luggage items
• •Delays in pickup
• •Loss of value or consequential damages

§3 Customer Responsibility

The customer is obligated to:

• •Not deposit valuables, money, or fragile items
• •Not store dangerous, illegal, or perishable items
• •Properly secure luggage
• •Present valid ID or the receipt from storage when picking up luggage
• •Keep the access code confidential and not pass it on to third parties
• •Close the locker door firmly after depositing or collecting luggage
• •Store items only inside the booked locker — items must fit fully inside (L 110 × 55 × 45 cm, M 90 × 55 × 45 cm); skis, bicycles, strollers and oversized items cannot be stored
• •Not let other persons into the premises when entering or leaving

§4 Storage Duration

• •Luggage must be collected by the end of the booked period; the access code expires at 11:00 the morning after the booked pickup time
• •Exceeding the booked period is charged per started 24-hour block at the applicable locker rate; the outstanding amount is payable online or at collection
• •After 20 days without contact, stored items may be removed from the locker and disposed of

§5 Payment

• •Payment is due upon drop off of luggage
• •No refund for early pickup
• •Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF)

§6 Cancellation & Refunds (Online Bookings)

For prepaid online bookings the following applies:

• •Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time: full refund.
• •Cancellation 24 hours or less before the scheduled drop-off time: no refund.
• •No-show without cancellation: no refund.
• •To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation e-mail or write to info@store-n-go.com.

§7 Access & Malfunctions

If a locker or the entrance gate cannot be opened with a valid access code, the customer must use the remote-open buttons on their booking page or contact us immediately on +41 79 801 65 70. Store N' Go will restore access as quickly as possible; claims beyond restored access and a refund of affected storage fees are excluded. Tampering with locks, doors or other customers' lockers is prohibited and will be reported.

§8 Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Interlaken, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
